Loading and unloading mechanization for resaw: starting from a pack of boards, automatic vertical introduction of boards into the resaw, at the output stacking for pack formation with or without strips.

Automatic loading and unloading mechanization for resaw with 45° tiltable platform

Automatic loader starting from the board pack with 45° tiltable platform suitable for lowering one layer at a time onto the chains. Strip recovery is done through a double motorized belt under the platform.

Multi-blade saw loader

Automatic pusher loader starting from the pack, suitable for feeding various operating machines. Suitable for pushing the entire first row of boards onto the chains, then the boards are introduced one by one into the operating machine.

Moulder loader-unloader

Automatic loader with 45° platform suitable for continuously feeding a moulder, equipped with transfer for moulder-wrapper connection with manual formation of the board package and subsequent stacker after wrapper.

Automatic vacuum head loaders

Automatic vacuum head loaders for crosscut saw or multi-blade saw starting from a pack of boards. Automatic measurement of board curvature with flipping capability.

Transfer after moulder with automatic unloader

Transfer after moulder equipped with piece turning device, board quality control station (1st, 2nd, 3rd choice), automatic package formation, insertion into the strapping machine and automatic stacking of 1st choice.

Multi-blade loader with mobile fence for optimization

Automatic loader for multi-blade loading, equipped with mobile fence controlled through board reading and optimization according to customer requirements.
