Automatic loader for vertical entry of boards in rip saw

Mechanisation for loading and unloading in rip saw: starting from a stack of boards, automatic vertical introduction of boards into the rip saw, stacking at the exit to form a stack with or without slats.

Mechanisation for automatic loading and unloading in rip saw with 45° tilting platform

Automatic loader starting from a stack of boards with a 45° tilting platform suitable for lowering one layer at a time onto the chains. Slats recovery is done through a double motorised conveyor under the platform.

Loader for multiple blades

Pusher-type automatic loader starting from the stack, suitable for feeding various operating machines. It pushes the entire first row of boards onto the chains, then the boards are individually introduced into the operating machine.

Load-unload moulder

Automatic loader with a 45° platform suitable for continuously feeding a moulder, equipped with a transfer for the moulder-wrapper connection with manual formation of the stack of boards and subsequent stacking after the wrapper.

Automatic loaders with suction heads

Automatic loaders with suction heads for crosscut saw or multiple blades starting from a stack of boards. Automatic measurement of the board curvature with the possibility of overturning.

Transfer after moulder with automatic unloader

Transfer after moulder with a piece-flip device, quality control station for boards (1, 2, 3 choices), automatic formation of the stack, insertion into the strapping machine, and automatic stacking of the 1st choice.

Multi-blade load with movable side for optimisation

Automatic loader for multi-blade loading, equipped with a movable side controlled through board reading and optimisation according to the customer's needs.
